NPEA, jointly with Nepal Invests, conducted a validation and need identification exercise to map the skills gaps and training needs of investment professionals in Nepal. The session gathered direct input from practitioners about competency deficits in areas such as financial modeling, legal documentation, governance, and ESG, forming the basis for NPEA’s future training program design.
