The Nepal Private Equity Association (NPEA) comprises private equity and venture capital fund managers in Nepal. As a representative entity, NPEA plays a pivotal role in representing all stakeholders within the private equity and venture capital ecosystem. Established as a profit-distributing entity under the Companies Act, NPEA is governed by a dedicated Board of Directors and propelled by committed secretariats. Along with the goal of promoting access to finance to SMEs in Nepal, the NPEA also strives to advance innovation, entrepreneurship, and job creation.

Policy Advocacy & Lobbying
The association liaises and coordinates with regulators and government agencies advocating and lobbying for a legal environment that fosters sustainable PE/VC investments in the country.
Networking Events
NPEA orchestrates a diverse array of networking events. These events provide opportunities for meaningful interactions among NPEA members as well as with influential individuals and organizations within the industry.
Training Events
NPEA coordinates a range of training programs tailored for its members with the objective of enhancing the professionalism and knowledge base of PEVC professionals in Nepal.
Research
NPEA provides periodic insights to all the members and conducts commissioned research to provide reliable and accurate research on specific sectors as required.
