Business Oxygen (BO2) is a fund with a climate focus. The investors of the fund are the International Finance Corporation (IFC) of the World Bank Group, FCDO, the Climate Investment Funds, and WLC Ventures.  It provides risk capital to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and assists entrepreneurs in building their capacity and their enterprise through structured equity and quasi-equity investments. The Company is currently in the process of acquiring a Fund Management license from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) – Government of Nepal. It has already received an LOI from SEBON.
It plans to float its first fund scheme as the Cweda Impact Fund of NPR 2 Bn upon obtaining an operating license as a private equity fund manager.

Kriti Venture Fund was established in 2017 by Machhapuchchhre Kriti Capital Limited to mobilize domestic funds in productive sectors of the Nepalese economy. Nabil Investment Banking Ltd. is a Subsidiary Company of Nabil Bank Ltd. with CG Finco Pvt. Ltd. as its Institutional Shareholder. Nabil Investment Banking Ltd. obtained the fund manager license from the Securities Board of Nepal under the Specialized Investment Fund Regulation 2075.
