Pitch Deck Session: NYEF Startup Awards 2024

The Nepal Private Equity Association calls for a Request for Proposal (RFP) from eligible consultants to conduct a Train the Trainer/ Training of Trainer program. The objective of this assignment is to build the capacity of an estimated 30 private equity and venture capital professionals in Nepal to design training curricula and materials and deliver training on private equity and venture capital (PEVC). 

Scope of Work:

This assignment shall include, but not be limited to:

1. The trainer will work with trainees to guide them in designing their courses (1.5-hour sessions) on various topics related to PEVC while considering key principles of adult learning. The course must consider the various aspects of learning (as theorized by David A. Kolb) and ensure the course is targeted to a first-time PEVC audience.
   • Design specialized pedagogy based on the course framework.
   • Design activities, lesson plans, worksheets, and evaluations on grade content.
   • Adapt and modify the content for introductory and advanced levels.
2. The trainer will then work with the trainees in designing the delivery of the course using various learning tools to ensure the most effective use of methods and practices.
3. This, the trainer will plan over a 5-day intensive Training of Trainers covering both design and delivery elements.

Key Deliverables:  An in-person 5-day TOT where trainees have finalized their course design and their delivery methods.
